Salut, 1) Use "unpack compressed .bin " button and choose the bin file you would like to modify. 2) This will create a new folder in "Watch_face" folder with png and json files. 3) Replace english png files by french ones and adjust positions if needed (this will modifiy json file) 4) Save json file.
I asked amazfit on twitter if they were ever going to allow 3rd party watch faces on bip u or bip u pro because there's only like 4 or 5 faces out of 60+ faces in the zepp app that are just ok. This method is easier than the one I showed I am trying to install a watchface taken from Amazfit Watchfaces, but the procedure explained on that website is not compatible with Android 11 and above as it says, and probably with the new Amazfit devices neither.
